Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ZedLearn Teacher Portal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The ZedLearn Teacher Portal is an AI-assisted planning and assessment tool for Zambian educators. It provides curriculum-grounded generation of Lesson Plans, Schemes of Work, Assessments, Marking Rubrics, Records of Work, Report Comments, and a searchable Question Bank, aligned to the CBC 2023 and OBE 2013 curricula.

Teacher accounts are created via a passwordless sign-in code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since it is the sole means of accessing your account and generated content.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You shall not:

• Share or resell content generated through the Platform as your own commercial product
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial generations
• Upload templates or content you do not have the right to use

A limited number of free trial generations are available across all tools. Continued use beyond the trial requires a paid subscription, billed monthly and processed via Lenco. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@desk.co.zm.

The Platform, its templates, and underlying software are owned by ZedLearn. Curriculum content is grounded in official Zambian Ministry of Education / Curriculum Development Centre syllabi. Documents you generate are yours to use for your own teaching; the Platform itself may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Lesson plans, assessments, rubrics, and other documents are generated by an AI model grounded in official syllabus text. While we work to keep this grounding accurate, AI-generated content can contain errors and should always be reviewed by the teacher before classroom or examination use. ZedLearn is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZedLearn is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of generated content, subscription billing disputes, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
