What is the ZedLearn Teacher Portal?
An AI-assisted planning tool for Zambian teachers. Generate Lesson Plans, Schemes of Work, Assessments, Marking Rubrics, Records of Work, and Report Comments — all grounded in the official CBC 2023 and OBE 2013 syllabi — plus a Question Bank that saves every question you've generated for reuse.
Is it free to use?
You get a pool of free trial generations across all tools to try before subscribing. Continued use beyond the trial requires a paid subscription.
How much does a subscription cost?
K100/month for unlimited access to all tools. Payment is processed via Lenco (mobile money or card).
Can I use my school's own lesson plan or Records of Work format?
Yes — go to Settings and upload a sample of your school's template (PDF, DOCX, or TXT). Future generations will match its exact structure instead of the default format.
The Ministry doesn't have a standard Records of Work template — what does ZedLearn use?
If you haven't uploaded your own school's format, we use a clearly-labeled generic layout so you always know it's a starting point, not an official template. Uploading your own school's format in Settings gives you an exact match.
Where do my generated documents go?
Every generation is saved automatically to History, where you can revisit, re-download, or delete it at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription in the sidebar. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
